1. At Murtaza Hussain accepts returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

    1, The product delivered is different from the one ordered.

    2, The product delivered is damaged at the time of receipt.

    In both cases, the item must be returned in unused condition with all original tags attached.

    3, Incorrect Product Delivered
    If you receive an incorrect item, you may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving the product.

    4, Damaged Product on Arrival
    If the item is damaged upon delivery, you may request a replacement within 7 days of receiving the product.

    Exchange Process :

    If you receive a product with a manufacturing fault or quality defect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

    Upon receiving your query, our Quality Assurance team will investigate the issue and contact you promptly.

    Following a review of the product, and at our sole discretion, we may offer an Exchange Store Credit for any confirmed major fault.

    Important Exceptions:

    All custom-made or personalized orders are final.

    Any order placed using a special discount or promotional offer is not eligible for return, refund, or chargeback.

    Store Credit Terms:
    If store credit is issued, it will be valid for (1) months from the date of issuance. This credit must be used within the validity period and cannot be extended, renewed, or redeemed after expiration.

    Pack the product securely, preferably in its original packaging.

    Send the parcel back to us through a reliable courier service.

    Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery in unused, unwashed, and unaltered condition, along with the original tags attached. Please use a trusted courier service to return the item safely.
