1. At Murtaza Hussain, we are dedicated to delivering the highest standard of service and craftsmanship. While we strive for your complete satisfaction, please note that we do not offer returns or exchanges under standard circumstances.

    We do, however, provide a Conditional Exchange Policy for verified quality issues.

    Conditional Exchange Process:

    1. If you receive a product with a manufacturing fault or quality defect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

    2. Upon receiving your query, our Quality Assurance team will investigate the issue and contact you promptly.

    3. Following a review of the product, and at our sole discretion, we may offer an Exchange or Store Credit for any confirmed major fault.

    Important Exceptions:

    • All custom-made or personalized orders are final.

    • Any order placed using a special discount or promotional offer is not eligible for return, refund, or chargeback.

    Store Credit Terms:
    If store credit is issued, it will be valid for  (1) months from the date of issuance. This credit must be used within the validity period and cannot be extended, renewed, or redeemed after expiration.
